The Sales & Account Director Role:
We're looking for an experienced Sales & Account Director to join our Sales Team. You will be finding new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients, being directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our customer base across our product portfolio:
+ Comms platform for consumers and brands to engage
+ Data Benchmarking & Insights - we help companies better understand their market, track relative performance and identify areas of weakness.
+ Recognised endorsement
+ Vulnerability API
We've acquired a number of new logos over the last year and are now looking to scale our team to develop and close the growing number of opportunities in the pipeline
+ Experience within a Sales Account Executive or similar role
+ Experienced in sales (with proven acquisition results) and/or account management (with proven retention results)
+ Good working knowledge of the consumer sector, ideally retail, finance (including banking/insurance), travel, energy and telecoms
+ Proven track record of delivering sales results and developing a strong network and pipeline
+ Great negotiation skills
+ Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
+ Good time-management skills
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Passion for technology, our mission and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Data, Product, Marketing, Services)
+ Knowledge in Hubspot is a plus
